Whether it is an intimate dinner for two, a weeklong beach retreat, a small family get-together or a very special occasion ... Chef on the Beach Personal Chef Service can create that special experience you will never forget. Your vacation is your time to relax, and not worry about anything!!! Services Options: Chef on the Beach can prepare dinner and breakfast at your vacation home or condo and have it waiting for you upon your arrival, just heat and eat...no rushing to the grocery store or heading to crowded restaurants after driving or flying all day! In addition Chef Lauren can shop for your grocery needs while shopping for your service*, so you won’t have to leave the beach until you’re ready! The service is totally customized to meet your individual needs. From one dinner and breakfast for two to a weeks worth of dinners for a family of four based on your individual likes and dislikes, dietary restrictions, etc., Chef on the Beach can work with you to prepare dishes that will make your vacation a truly memorable culinary experience while spending your time enjoying the beach instead of stressing about what’s for dinner. As your Personal Chef I work with you. I interview each of my clients either by telephone, email or in person, this allows me to determine your culinary likes and dislikes as well as any special dietary needs or allergies that I should be aware of. I will then create a custom designed menu specifically geared towards your culinary tastes. I will then review the menu to make sure that it meets your expectations On the designated cook day, I will shop for the freshest and highest quality ingredients for your menu. If you prefer, I will also shop for the additional items* that you need to stock your vacation property with the list that you provided me at least 24 hours prior to the cook date (please note that by law Chef on the Beach cannot purchase alcoholic beverages on your behalf). I will arrive at your vacation property with my portable kitchen, using all my own pots, pans and utensils. I will also bring with me my pantry items which includes items such as flour, dry spices and seasonings, etc. I will leave your kitchen clean, the only way you’ll know that I have been there will be the mouthwatering aroma of the gourmet dishes I’ve prepared that are waiting for you in the refrigerator/freezer. This is your passport to having a stress-free, leisurely, sit back, relax and let Chef on the Beach take care of the details kind of vacation! Chef’s Note A personal chef is different from a catering company in that we must prepare and cook the food in your home or condo. It is necessary that we be able to gain access to the property preferably in the morning of or prior to your arrival (depending on the type of service/number of entrees being prepared). We will be happy to work with your rental property manager to arrange entry to the property but you will need to notify them in advance.
